a list for fun. (and nutrition update)

1. i have spring fever and a shopping problem. but i also have a really cute new spring wardrobe. so help me.

2. i thought the whole "drinking water is good for you thing" was a myth until i started drinking a SHIZ ton and my skin (which was a complete disaster) cleared up and i lost five pounds. i still dont like the taste though.

3. is it child abuse to force my future daughter to be a girl scout so that i dont have to hunt girls down every year to buy cookies from them?

4. i take things for granted sometimes. i have this friend who i was always pretty close to but not SUPER close, now we work together, and i honestly rave to all my other friends about how wonderful she is all the time. , she is so positive, supportive and makes work so enjoyable. i always knew she was great but i honestly could eat her up i love her so.

5. my father told me i am emotionally unstable. i am not a crazy. i promise. but i go through phases where i cry a lot. the past two weeks have been just that. big shout out to my sister for dealing with my sobbing mess.

6. sometimes i feel like people are treating marriage like its getting asked to prom. DO YOU EVEN KNOW HIM?

7. i never know how far into the month it is..i was thinking st.patty's day was two weeks away...and here i sit wearing green.

OKAY nutrition.
I am six weeks in! i got to a point where i felt like i was going to break down. but luckily i pulled through. i am currently working out 5 days a week and following a strict but doable eating regimen. i feel less tired, my skin has gotten better, and i am currently down 7 pounds, 6 inches, and 5% body fat, from where i started. This threw me off a bit because it seems like a low number, but Kat reassured me that its mainly because my numbers weren't [that] high to begin with its not going to fall off as easy. now, i just wish she could follow me around and slap food out of my hand so i dont eat treats.

good luck this monday... i need it.

  3. chlo you are the cutest! ps the water thing, I did the same (im up to 100oz a day!!) and adding raspeberries, blueberries, mint leaves makes it much more doable! i swear by it!!
