So i am doing this thing called the "sixty day challenge" at dash
it started on monday
and so far so good
lets hope the next 55 days can be as good as the first five.
these are some of the rules:
250 minutes of exercise a week.
(strength, cardio, yogaaaaa, bar class etc.)
eating healthy (optional)
some of my rules:
two of my new years resolutions are:
no bread or pasta & no cheese.
so all in all i am anxious to see how these sixty days play out!
luckily i have the coolest leader around..BRECKEN so keep me on track.
